No. Drivers using Drivo operate as independent drivers.

No. Drivo posts your request to available independent drivers, and each driver decides whether to accept it.

Create a delivery request, enter the pickup and destination information, and set the price you are willing to pay.

The sender sets the price. Drivers then choose whether to accept the request, and if an offer is not accepted the sender can adjust it.

The payment method is agreed directly between the sender and driver. It may be cash, WHISH, or another mutually agreed method.

Yes. Drivo provides GPS tracking so you can follow the delivery.

Yes. Once you are connected, you can tap the driver's phone number to make a regular phone call. Drivo does not currently provide in-app chat.

Yes. After a delivery is completed, you can rate your experience with the driver.

Waynak is a sender alert used when the driver is late or needs a reminder during an active delivery.

Legal items may be delivered through Drivo. Illegal items are strictly prohibited.

The independent driver who accepts the delivery is responsible for transporting the item.

Yes. Drivers are verified using identification documents, driving documentation, vehicle information and a selfie.

Under the current working model, Drivo does not deduct a percentage from each delivery payment. Drivers keep the delivery amount.

The delivery payment goes to the driver according to the transaction method defined in the app.

Independent drivers choose when they go online and which requests they accept, subject to app verification and service rules.
